What blogging platforms can you perform your magic on?
We offer blog template makeovers for Wordpress, Blogger and Typepad. (Typepad only allows you to customize your blog if you have a Plus or Pro account, an upgrade may be necessary.)
What am I paying for?
You are paying for Christy or Beth to design your blog, but you are also paying for the images we use. We typically use images from iStockphoto. Feel free to browse iStock’s massive selection to give you a better idea of what you want your blog to look like.
What if I don’t like your design?
Impossible. No, really. Before we begin the design process, we will try extra hard to make sure we are on the same page with your design wishes. When we send you our completed version, that is version one, we offer two fixes. Each fix after two is five bucks.
May I request a designer?
Yes, you may, however, one designer may have a longer wait than the other and we are both equally awesome.
How long does the design process take?
Anywhere from two days to two weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the length of our queue. We will give you a time estimate at the time your request is made. However, if it’s your turn and we are unable to reach you (you could have a broken computer, be on vacation, etc.), we will have to move on to the next client in line. Don’t worry, we’ll let you back in line when you return.
Do you offer any discounts?

Who can have a blog design?
New bloggers. Old bloggers. Anyone who wants to look lovely. or fun. or simple. or saucy.
How do we pay you?
PayPal and only PayPal. If you do not have paypal, opening an account is very easy. Click here to find out how to open an account. It’s the safest and most secure form of payment online.
When do I need to pay you?
After the design has been agreed upon between designer and client. Payment must be made before installation takes place. If ruby & roja is not doing the actual installation, all design properties will be watermarked until payment is received.
How do you install?
In order for us to install your header and create a beautifully matching blog, we will need your sign-in information. Don’t worry, you are in good hands.
